I don't know if this is just me. But i insalled this patches for curiosity before starting with the mod's story. And my game started crashing some minutes after meeting Aviendha and started traveling with her.
I tried 3 times and the 3 times my game crashed and closed or the screen just froze and i had to close my windows session. Then i uninstalled the patches leaving only the mod and for the moment everything works fine.
She has and advanced body mesh file, maybe is that? Try installing/updating your Skeleton mesh files, with something like XP32 for example (only the content of it's Skeleton Meshes folder is required).
