In order to merge files containing new npcs or new audio files, you need to change the name of the facegen files (in case of the npcs) or the audio files (wav and lip files inside the audio file) to match the new merged names.
I believe there's a tool out there that automatically does this for you, but no idea.
Update: I use zMerge from zEdit, It automatically makes a folder with the same name of .esp i merge into, located in Data/sound/voice. But it's still not working, maybe i should remove the Talkative Dragons and Talkative Dragon Priest from the merge list?
Update: I now know my mistake, I forgot to run Wrye Bash

Or only "as soon as possible"?))

Also extra points for taking the time to post also here on LE <3
So if i have VampOrcs already by other mods - i dont need to install optional for spawn, lines are already in main?
For anyone wondering Diverse Skyrim is a mod which makes changes to leveled lists to add more races to various factions spawn rates (also vampires).
