Ever wondered why soldier in civil war quest is so weak?
That's because soldier level is scaled to 0.25 of your level.
Now with this mod no more.
Soldier level will scaled to your level. *(max soldier level is 50, which i think is enough)
No need for new game.
It has 2 version, choose one version you want.
The 2 version is interchangeable, you can change at any progress of your game.
- v0.15 Basic version. Only level scaling, soldier max level is 50
- v0.20 Even More Stronger Soldier. Soldier get extra defense 10% and attack 20%

Open Civil War
(it's make the civil war more like sandbox game where enemy can retake fort / city)
Install use your mod manager or manual
Manual
- Extract the zip file.
- Copy the .esp file to your "....Skyrim/Data" folder.
- Open your Launcher -> Data File, check the mod.
Uninstall manual
- Open your Launcher -> Data File, uncheck the mod.
- Delete the .esp file from your "....Skyrim/Data" folder.
