Adds 1542 hand placed enemies to skyrim's dungeons

Same as the main file but I removed all 34 ambushes. Total enemy count will be about 100 lower than the default version.
Use this OR the main file, you do not need both. Having this overwrite the main file is acceptable if you already have the main file.
