   More like "Horses don't turn at all" because that's what happens when I install this mod.

      The mod is so small it touches only 2 vanilla records, and even there it touches only a couple of values. If you don't like the values from this mod you can change them in xEdit very easily.

      I am seeing the same issue. Those two records are very clear and the values were carried forward in my Smash patch. I think something is wonky with the controls for turning that are still pushing me forward with just barely making my horse to go left or right. It is more like a slow veer right... 
      
      The SE version of this mod closed out as the mod author withdrew from the community. So not a lot of dialog on this issue.
      
      Update: Wow! So in my experience the Skyrim default Rotate In Place Run / Rotate while moving run = 270. The original author changed this to 40... so in comparison if you look up Mammoth_Default_MT the default is 45. What does this tell you about this value? If you want better response you need a higher number. SaberCat has 240. 
      
      I like the speed boost but those turning settings are off. I am good with default.

      Thank you for the info! I admit i had some trouble trying to find the correct value so i left this mod into the "fix it later" list, especially since i hate doing trial and error :D
      
      If you don't mind i am gonna stick the post so everyone can read about the default values and edit the esp as they find more enjoyable or closer to their likes.

   do i have to use a game pad to use this mod?cuz I'm having a hard time trying to move my horse using a keyboard.. :\

      The mod touches only two records in the game, i doubt it has anything to do with the controller and keyboard. Try uninstalling the mod and see if the problem persists, it is safe to remove this mod mid-game and reinstalling it.
