A simple set of tweaks to make shadows much less painful to look at. Without punishing your fps. Fix roughly 98% of blocky, flickering, or striping shadows.

Just copy and paste these settings into your SkyrimPrefs.ini file. Under the Display category. Or just edit the existing values if they are available. Really very simple, but it has a huge impact on the shadows in game. I run these settings on my potato of a laptop with no drop in fps at all. But if for whatever reason you have any issues with fps at all. Simply turn down the  resolution of the shadows in iShadowMapResolution. Consider modifying the other two values disabling the mod. Only change the resolution to what fits your needs best.

Note:
If you have any issues with a halo like effect around objects, or around certain fire types. Try setting   iBlurDeferredShadowMask=16. It might help, adjusting the settings slightly, will not ruin your game or ruin the shadows. If you start to notice unwanted effects you may just need to go back up on the values.
