Version 2.3
Fixed cloaks so that they all invest properly.

Redid the Destruction scaling configuration. While this version involves a lot more lines, it should also be more compatible with non-vanilla spells. Destruction is also given higher weight in the scaling.
Increased the investment costs for Summons and Reanimates. These were too low to force the player to make hard choices.

Hopefully fixed the Muffle bug by removing the nonsensical AMBIENT SOUND from the muffle shader.

Added Dispel Magic (personal and ranged variants). You automatically know the personal version. A spell tome of the ranged version has been added to the leveled list for restoration vendors.
Added an Unsummon spell for dismissing individual familiars, atronachs, and dremora. This is automatically known.
Added a Lay To Rest spell for dismissing individual zombies. This is automatically known.

Fixed a bug where Augmented Flames/Frost/Shock were not applied correctly.
