To fix the blood mesh, just make a copy of the blade mesh in your 3d modeling software and export it to obj or nif, open it in nifskope, and copy the NiTriShape. In the weapon nif file find the blood nodes and paste over both NiTriShapes, and also switch both nodes' vertex colors to yes. the blood meshes should line up with the blade and in NifSkope they may appear white or invisible (you'll still see the wireframe when selected)
jdkbph: Nope there is no reason for not being able to improve the weapon other than that I didn't think of enabling it I don't recall Mat having to grind his weapon to keep it sharp though?
I actually agree that it might be a little bit too long, but I'm not going to fix it unless a lot of people want that to happen. I don't regularly do any more mods for Skyrim now a days since I got bored with the game.
Is there a reason why this weapon can't be improved using the grind stones?
Also, don't you think it's a bit too long? I know there's no actual mention of the length in any of the books that I can recall, but the "official" cover of book 13 shows an overall length no more than man height.
But then, maybe it's just me. Personally I can't stand those over-sized Japanese cartoon/video game (Hentai?) weapons.
i had almost lost hope of spear mods but this is better what i hoped for... next you should make gambling and maybe that mat cauthons cheater luck too btw thats the coolest weapon of WoT series
@ Adrel: I don't know how to fix that :S If you know how, please tell me I might release a version with less damage, otherwise, just go in to the CK and set the damage value to something more suitable for your taste

In any case, great job with this! Endorsed.
