I did a quick test this morning, and this looks amazing - especially because your mod uses the game assets we have modified our games to have. So all of the objects and architecture use whatever meshes and textures we have in our games. So performance and visuals match however we have our games built! Bonus points for the the teleport spell AND even more for the way it returns on a second cast! Oh yeah... Endorsed!

Question: Do you need to review images before they are shown publically? If so, I will post a few to show how your mod looks in my very customized game. I would prefer that you see them first, and you can decide which ones, if any, that you would like to have in your user section. They will all have the 3 follower girls I had with me when I did the test. Let me know.
As long as the photos are SFW, I love to see how everyone's game looks, there are so many great texture mods available. Please feel free to post as many as you like, the more the better.
Hi again! I posted 12 images, with titles... because I am weird and like to have some fun when adding images

The only thing I changed in your mod was to change the exterior windows so they don't glow during the day. Nothing wrong with your mod the way it is, just my personal preference. All over Skyrim, I have changed exterior windows (that ELFX didn't change already), so that they don't glow during the day, which looks more natural to me.
You probably know all this, but I will add this information for anybody else reading this. It is a simple tweak in TES5Edit to add external Emittance to the reference that adds the tower. I used this value: FXLightRegionWinterholdInvert [REGN:0010DA12] that I use for the tower at the College of Winterhold. Full disclosure... the meshes that contain the windows also need to support external emittance for each window. For this tower, the vanilla mesh and also whatever mesh I use both have the External_Emittance flag set in Shader Flags 1 for each window, so that didn't have to be changed, at least for me.
Anyway, thanks for your mod, and if you want to remove my images with the window tweak, or any of my images... please feel free to do so. I won't be offended... although... if you remove the ones showing off the girls, there is no telling what they might do to you!
Edit: Haha, I forgot to tell you this. I had a moment of panic when I accidentally backed up onto the portal by the main entrance, without realizing it was a portal, and I went into a load screen. Then, I found myself away from the tower, not knowing what had happened. The really funny part, was that I had seen your images where you said something like "lower portal" and "upper portal", but didn't realize what you meant. Hahahaha, silly me! I like to think I am fairly experienced and know a lot about how this game and mods work... and still sometimes freak out when something new happens that I didn't expect. And that, my friend, is awesome!
