With a BSA the order in which your mods are installed doesn't matter, only the load order. Whichever you use is down to personal preference really. Both files are the same other than the format.
I played with great pleasure this mod, that added so much new contents to starving Skyrim LE. It worked perfectly, no crashes, every quest perfect. For a Skyrim player, the interiors were much more gorgeous than the exteriors - in a vampires' dominated world, everything is gray and dim - and some were really huge ! I never played the games that inspired the mod, so the few remnants of human factions were difficult to distinguish, anyway this does not interfere with the game. Some quests are very long, and require to find an infinity of keys - be patient, don't cheat, and at the end everything will be ok ! If I can suggest an amelioration, this would be some lines of texted speech to the few humans you contact along the way. Explaining their background, or something alike. These would help understanding the many factions. Anyway, there's already plenty of books and notes to better "enter" in this world ! Thanks Turelim :)
Hey thanks! I wanted voice actors but couldn't find any to work on the mod. It would've been a lot better with custom voice lines. Did you download the newest version of the mod? Because I removed some of the keys in the newest version since some people said there were too many before.
afraid it just crashes to desktop for me the minute i try and get to freeport via the boat and according to creation kit it is an esm masterfile althought in the zip it says esp.
I'm not sure what would be causing that. I've had it happen with the mod but it was because an LOD mesh was set to the wrong kind of node and when I fixed it it stopped crashing. I did set the mod file to an ESM since ESPs can have that indoor grass/rocks bug.
you can pack loose files into a bsa using the creation kit, these are the steps to do that using the archive.exe: https://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=Archive.exe
I finished all the quests, I think. Earlier today the only quests left for me were find the 4 skulls and kill all the Liches. I finally found the key to the last locked room. Which iirc was part of each of the 2 quests left for me. I cheated and used the mod Are You There? to teleport to one of the Liches. It was outside in plain sight. Don't know how I missed it the first time.
When I came to ask how many quests and if I'm finished in Freeport was when you were updating description page, so it showed removed. Glad your great mod is back up. When I look in my log it has 13 completed quests from this mod. I'm guessing there is no more quests for Freeport.
I liked the no quest markers. It made me look around, instead of the usual go to x. This was the most fun and sometimes not fun (in a good way) mod I've played for a long time. Thanks
Hey thanks. Yeah there was 13 quests in that version of the mod. I uploaded a new one which has quest markers because a lot of people said they didn't know where to go and had trouble completing quests. It only has 11 quests but I added some new items aswell. If you like that earlier version of the mod you should back it up before downloading the new one (if you ever do that).

What has been updated?

Also very important, an esm version will be nice to avoid the infamous vanilla floating grass bug
I think the issue is on the bsa file, it weights 187 kb, that can't be right? I'm guessing you're using custom meshes?

I like the no quest markers or hand holding.
