This mod adds a Dunmer settlement in Whiterun Hold. A player home that is Navmeshed and furnished. First mushroom on the right after crossing the bridge going into town. There is a guard with a patrol. A Merchant and a citizen shopper. You will need RLG Trees for the red and purple Aspen. Dark Forest of Skyrim Full for a lot of the large mushrooms.
