I guess I don't really remember how I did it. But for all intents and purposes, yes, I am actually a Telvanni wizard.
Edit: It came back to me, I just keep losing my train of thought. Being up since 3AM will do that to you. I saved the song in FL Studio as a .wav, converted it to an .xwm using a third party Skyrim audio conversion software, and I opened the creation kit, went to Audio, went to one of the directories and created a new audio file in each relevant category with the file itself being the .xwm of the song. Then I just saved it as an .esp in the Creation Kit, and tested it to make sure everything was working right before I uploaded it here.
Sorry if I explained that poorly, I'm quite new to modding and I'm still figuring things out as I go.
