Well this makes a lot more sense than the original. The Dragonborn wouldn't even be able to crack open a can of beans let alone mine ore with that weak swing. Very Noice!
This is a simple replacer, so you don't need FNIS. Just drop and play. Although, if you want to keep both the original (vanilla) animation and this one, you can do that by using DAR (Dynamic Animation Replacer) and its dependencies like C.R.A.P. Thus you can specify particular NPC, Race, or Gender as to which animation to use.

NOTE: Those who use DAR can keep the Vanylla Animations, creating or using the Directory "66" or any number free in :
animations\ DynamicAnimationReplacer\_CustomConditions
where just copy the Animations from this Mod and create a _condition file with these two Simple Instructions:
NOT IsFemale() AND
Random(0.50)
