It shoudn't affect your gameplay. It's a small mod. The only problem, that I can think of, would be if there's any mod on your modlist that changes the same locations. I recommend you make a backup in any case.
To check it out, test it. Go to the link left on the Notes section on the mod page and check out the locations. Or, if you don't want to risk any spoilers, I can dm you the locations, just ask.
I had a bit of delay starting to use your mod, just started a new playthrough with it about 2 weeks ago, and... (Note: I've found the Tent, The secret hideout in the ruined house, and the treehouse. The Healer wasn't anywhere in The Vampires Hideout, but the female Imperial was in part 1 of it, deceased. Not certain where to look for the temple, I'll go through the notes again.)
Locations: Tent, great place, actually pretty handy; I don't do fast travel usually, so the lack of a marker is no big. I could use Pocket Empire Builder to put one there if it was. I like the layout, though I did take a few minutes figuring out how to get in.
The Ruined house ...I was a bit worried because multiple mods make use of that ruined house, but no issues. Once again, good place for a place to lay low & goodlayout.
The Treehouse. Took a while to find it, luckily the ropes caught my eye. good spot, but I have to admit...you could have really made something outstanding there; Use the ropes as a travel aide, put a line up to the cliff top and voila, zip-line fast travel! I sort of find myself dreading and avoiding that little portion of skyrim because after the first few times it's tedious to travel from Whiterun to Ivarstead; that would be a interesting way to get from near Ivarstead to near Valtheim, at least. A sitting area on top of the treehouse would have been a low effort good touch also. This is NOT criticism; I think the mod is pretty great, actually, as is. but it (in my opinion) just lacks a couple of small things that would make it "top 100 mods" great.
The Notes & Hints: well written, aside from "the temple", no complaints.
Thank you for the excellent mod!
Update: Re-read the notes, found the temple, I think it's done? Overall darned good. I still think the treehouse/rope network could be amazing. on the other hand, I don't think I could do it, so I should shut up and just say ...Thanks!
Help, I can't find Navale! I killed umbra and Ramal? at Snowtemple, but there weren't any more notes to give hints. I've searched all of snowtemple and the ship, and all I have left is a locked door to captain's cabin.
Never mind, Navale attacked me when I walked into the Winking Skeever. Did I miss a note somewhere? Didn't catch on to Winking Skeever as his location.
Amusing mod, i liked much the tent and the treehouse. But, it's unlikely that a player will ever use the various spots as player homes, if they lack a location marker, making them fast to reach. I found Faari alive, and I left her in this condition, mourning her lover. I feel a little cruel to design her "frenzied" and be supposed to kill her to get a piece of armor. Maybe finding her heartbroken, but wishing to follow a new friend to stop aimless mourning could be a more human solution.
Never thought about making her a follower. I'll consider it when I update. I figured no one would use all 3 homes in the same playthrough, same as no one would really use the platforms at the treehouse, but it's there.=D

I'll try and avoid spoilers.
