Replace/remove weird following smoke effect from COT5.0.

What does this mod do?
Removed
FXCameraAttachFogEffect from COT Foggy weathers.
Replaced
FXCameraAttachFogWispyEffect.
Those effects are looked very weird when ENB is on. And they didn't actually have improvement for the weathers, the game looked better after they were removed.
How to get this mod work?
The first time you installed this mod, if your character is in those edited weathers by chance, go indoor somewhere, wait the weather change, or use console command FW.
Installation:
Overwrite ClimatesOfTamriel.esm
Requirement:
Climates Of Tamriel - Weather - Lighting - Audio 5.0
FAQ:
Do I need to start a new save?
No, no world items, no script changes.
ENB supports?
Any enb suports COT5.0 will work with this mod, All weather IDs remain as COT5.0.
Mod sorting?
Does not need to, just overwrite the file, because COT has not been updated for years, we don't have to make an unique patch esp file.
