The Meadows Cottage is an underrated Skyrim player home in the plains of Whiterun. It offers a bed for you and your spouse and customizable bedrooms that can allow you to keep either 4 followers, 4 kids, or a mixture of the two (remembering that you have to have beds for at least 2 kids to use with Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions). The home has a garden with 30 fertile soils (with a lot of other soils spread throughout the property, both inside and out), a grain mill, a milkable cow, chickens that lay eggs, nice places to eat, a boat dock, a woodchopping block, linked storage, light switches, multiple alchemy labs, arcane enchanters, and smithing suites, an oven and cooking pot, tons of bookshelves, all of the shrines of the divines, a small armory, and a lot of cool displays for your special items.
