Congrats, this mod is the most resourceful I've tried for the alternate start! Here are some tips to make it the best: - It would be interesting if the clothes were related to the faction; that is, if I wear an innkeeper's clothes, I will start in an inn where I can freely take items and have my own bed. - It would be useful in the training room to also be able to subtract skill points and change the amount of health/magicka/stamina and regeneration speed. But also adding resistances to elements or diseases increases damage and vulnerability towards particular enemies. - It's also nice to be able to start with a horse or dog. And you have a torch, alchemy book and others in your inventory that start quests, so you have a purpose for a specific run. I hope I gave you some good advice ;)
The mod adds one new quest "Real or Dream" which auto-completes when you pick a starting point. It then starts "Before the Storm" because without extensive work, Jarl Balgruuf and his court require that quest to be active when first visiting Dragonsreach.
If you still developing this, i love this mod better than the other because no hassle, i want: -A separate mod to disable Blood on the Ice (the most glitchy, unintuitive, and messy mod in the game) in the same manner as the Hjerim start, so that it compatible with others. To detect completion, there'll be a trigger active in the graveyard where after it is interacted, instantly completing the quest. It's a will for the ownership of Hjerim. -An "ultralite" mod that only have one door leading to the aftermath of Helgen burning start
The mod LAL needs some mods to have patches to function, will this mod need patches as well? I can't remember what mods in load order needed patching. But for example, a mod that won't activate till the intro quests are completed as a trigger. Will those work out of the box?
My plan for new play through is to start somewhere with absolutely nothing, no magic, no weapons, no armor, no money, and no bonuses, and working my way up from basically a beggar to the mighty Dragonborn.
LAL, with add-ons, allows me to do this, but if I can accomplish the same thing with fewer ESP's, so I can add more world space and overhauls, I would be happy.
we need light sources using ENB and lighting mods make this a super dark zone thank goodness for the stars lol otherwise i wouldnt be able to see at all
a gem of an alternate start. you could easily start with nothing like vanilla (def skipping the scenes) or start pimped out. of course what we choose is up to the players, if i want to start out bork with every loot meh >:3
Very nice mod indeed , I had problems with the other start alternatives , I like this one very much , I'm using it recently , I have a question , do the dragons still activate after a certain level or until you go to helgen you don't activate anything ?
