Your "Dylbill's Misc Functions" mod on SE requires PapyrusUtil SE, which appears to require (in turn) the Address Library mod that's not never going to be available on LE. Not to mention that the LE version of PapyrusUtil is no longer being updated (SE version is 4.3, LE version is on 3.3).
Does this mod just use the existing functions in LE PapyrusUtil? I guess what I wanted to confirm is - will this actually work on LE, considering the dependencies of the SE Dylbill's Misc Functions mod? Thanks in advance!
