- 1) Added blacking behind balcony door so it doesn't break immersion when opening.
  2) adjusted bar and bar lean marker to make it easier for NPCs to go back there and made the leaning idle marker line up with the bar.

- Added New Options Ledger to breezehome with integrated readme. This allows you to disable exterior scenery (Framerate boost) remove the cracks in the roof, disable the autochests, prep the mod for uninstall as well as perform certain update related fixes
- Made Cookpot on wall fireplace a removable item
- Added more containers to the house for food items as well as more/better furniture to Lydia's room.
- added sunbeams to ceiling cracks (note: you need to download the updated ELFX mod if you are using that in tandem with this mod or you'll have duplicate sunbeams)
- Made it so the upgraded version of Lydia's room also supports non housecarl followers (So if you use the "my home is your home" mod you can assign them to that bed.

- Modified Fireplace Thrones to act like normal chairs and be viewable in both 1st and 3rd person.
- Added an SM Quest Node to ensure Garath's dialogue options load the first time a player encounters him.

- Fixed weapon racks next to fireplace
- Fixed default bedroom script so that it actually purchases the bed upgrade
- Changed business ledger to static guestbook and turned Ledger so that it was right side up.
- Fixed Garath's smelter note showing up when forge was purchased.
- Added extra beams to the bathtub upgrade to make it more believable that it could hold up all that stone.
- Fixed pottery base holding the snowberries so that it won't disappear if you've already grabbed the bowl that was there previously.

- After a 6 month + hiatus from this mod I picked it up again and built it anew from the ground up
- This version I modded as a proper mod author should, checking my work frequently with TES5Edit, never deleting anything and generally keeping everything clean so that the mod functioned as flawlessly as humanly possible.

- Hearthfires landed and blew version 1.5 all to hell so I scrambled to make a version that was compatible for everyone... little did I know these efforts would be mostly futile.
