Personal preference. I won't say who's is better, they both have different goals. Willows is a texture mod to make teeth whiter, mine is a full mouth mod to fix design issues and yes... makes the Orc teeth a little whiter.
It's possible but I don't think so. I do not have LE installed so I cannot say for sure, but no one has reported anything about needing facegen on this mod or the SE version so I think it's good. All testing was done in SE/AE, with face discoloration fix installed which automatically updates facegen at runtime. If there is a similar mod for LE and you find a I recommend that.
I never heard of Orsimer race before, you mean the orcs? Or is there some other mod that this is an extension of? Requirements say nothing so can i just drop this into my game? Gonna try this out but can i ask also? Shouldn't orcs & skyrim folk in general have yellowed teeth? Maybe not the royal types but the rest? Any chance of an optional yellow teeth file?

Orsimer is the Meric name for the Orc race. Wood Elves - Bosmer, High Elves - Altmer, Dark Elves - Dunmer, Sun Elves - Sonmer, Snow Elves - I don't know that one. Don't know the name for Ayleid's or Wild Elves either. Anyway, thanks for checking it out and as far as yellow teeth go, I don't think so. They may be have some crooked dental problems but they aren't ingesting a lot to yellow the teeth. Except mead, that's a lot of honey before bed without brushing. Lol
They look really better now indeed. But.. you could, since you are an orcodontist, reduce those ugly fangs until they fit in a mouth pls? Like the orcs in Lineage games I mean.
The size of the fangs is dependent on the mouth chosen in character creation. Some are quite small but none will fit inside the mouth without creating a whole new head just for Orcs.
