Maqui is a light-weight mod that enhances food, alcohol and drugs making them useful in lore-and-vanilla-friendly ways. Script free; only vanilla assets were used.

MAQUI - FOOD TWEAKS
ABOUT THIS MOD
- Items separated in 3 tiers: food, alcohol, drugs.
- Effects dispell same tier effects --can combine food+alcohol+drug buffs. In cases were 2 items of the same tier buff different attributes, they can also be combined, ie: ale + wine. In cases were 2 items of the same tier buff the same attribute, the stronger effect will override the other.
- Effects use their own keywords, so they can also be combined with alchemical potions.
- Food and alcohol buffs last for 10 minutes. Most drug buffs last for 2 minutes (Balmora Blue, Double-Distilled Skooma and others have different durations and magnitudes).
- Food effects determined by its ingredients.
- Detrimental effects removed --for qol reasons-- since most people will just "wait-skip" them.
- Item prices were tweaked according to the buffs they provide.

COMPATIBILITY
- Out of the box, compatible with any mod that does not edit food, alcohol and drug records.
- Patch for Eating animations and sounds available in the optional files.
- Compatible with Apothecary - An Alchemy Overhaul. Incompatible with Apothecary - Food and Drink Addon. The origin of MAQUI was precisely as a personal-use mod made to overhaul some aspects of Simon's addon: more diversity in effects and magnitudes, and also being able to provide LE support.
