Havent downloaded the open helmet version, yet ingame my helmet is either the open faced helmet version or the helmet deletes my head after unequipping. Seems like that needs a fix.
Thanks for the quick response and update, sadly the helmet still deletes my head after unequipping. Optional files work fine, the only thing that makes this bugged is the "Fixes" file.
I'm having the same issue going on with the whole missing head issue; so with only this specific helmet, equipping it then unequipping it fails to replace the Head mesh. With any other helmet it's perfectly fine but for whatever reason, equipping the Northern God Helmet and taking it off makes your game unable to find your normal head/face mesh which sucks at least for those of us having that issue.
iirc I installed the mod in the order of: - Original - Silver Metallic - Male Weight Slider - Fixes - Female Weight Slider
Kinda worried to install the open face file in case it breaks the mod further. Maybe it was the download order or something? I like this mod a lot, hoping this is looked into!
Edit: So it looks like the open helmet got rid of the issue, but it would be really nice to be able to use the non-open helmet version, not the biggest fan of how big the helmet is with open helm n all
Am i the only one whose head is not visible after removing the helmet? Just like that, when i equip the armor and helmet, and remove the helmet my head becomes invisible, ill download the open helmet too, see if its fixes it
I got this issue as well, I noticed it happened only after downloading the 'fixes' file in the main files section. I wanted the HD hair and then when I loaded I played a bit then noticed when I took my helmet off later that my head just stayed missing, even when equipping other armors
Hello dear friend! So weird, but the content of the file is right (Blue fabrics - Black fur). It must be some kind of server error. I believe I'll leave it as it is, as it is working... kind of. haha

Astonishing work, Xtudo, thank you. Can you also add a version without pouches and horn on back? It would look good with some cloaks from Illustrious HDT Cloaks of Skyrim mod, if not for those. I've looked at the object in nifskope, and pouches(+horn) seem to form a solid object with a good half of the armor, so I couldn't separate them myself.
Hi! I'm glad you liked. I promised/assured 4thUnknown that I won't remove any item of this armor. You can do it by editing the "ng1_base_color.dds" alpha channel. The sections with black alpha channel will be transparent.

And the open helmets have to be bigger, or the heads will clip through it.
