*Items valued as uniques.
*Most free items were tweaked up to dwarven tier (Cities and towns).
*Some other free items were tweaked up to orcish tier (Companion, Orc Stronghold).
*All dungeon delving items tweaked up to orcish tier. The reason is there is no way to know whether you will get them too early or too late.
