The weight sliders don't work for me, I've checked the meshes and they're fine, but for some reason, in game I only see the weight at 100 when I have the armor equipped
I've just managed to fix it! The problem is on the 1personarmorF_0.nif and 1personarmorF_1.nif (and possibly 1personarmorM_0.nif and 1personarmorM_1.nif but I haven't tested this on a male character) meshes in meshes/Nord Vagabond Armor. So, you're going to need Nifskope.
1. Backup your Nord Vagabond Folder
2.When in Nifskope, open up 1personarmorF_0.nif.
3.Click on the arms on the right side of the window.
4.Now on your left, you're going to see NiTriShape highlighted. Expand it and select BSDismemberSkinInstance.
5. At the very bottom of the left panel, you're going to see something called partitions. It's hard to find and there's two of those. Expand them both. 6. On Body Part one has a value of SBP_38_CALVES. Change it to SBP_32_BODY. Leave the other untouched. 7. Save. 8. Repeat the process on all four of the meshes. 9. You're done. Enjoy.
