Hi! I was checking the patch, and it is not required... let tell you why:
One example, USLEEP removes the Elves race records from Circlet01AA, but it creates a new Circlet01ElfAA record (with fixed meshes), only for them. Your patch adds the Elves races back again to the Circlet01AA, but it isn't necessary anymore (and it could cause problems, as Circlet01AA and Circlet01ElfAA has both reference to the Elves race now).
