If you are having issues updating. Disable the mod, make a save that is not near horses, load again IH and the patch, and load the clean save. then save.

the only issue im having is my horses stamina regens extremely slow (1 point per second by my guess, which is far slower than its typical time (15 seconds by my guess again)) is there any way to fix this issue?
The other horse related mods I have are convenient horses and heartland horses.

again you can use Xeit and see exactly what mod changes what, if you do not believe creators when they tell you. if you have mods that buff horses, yeah, they'll be overwritten, and reverted to vanilla. use Xedit and copy paste those values into this mod. pretty easy and no need to use CK And since you still try to argue, i'll show you what the changes in this plugin are, SADDLES, as you can see from the picture, only edt was done to DEFAULT OUTFIT of the horse, all stats are unchanged.

Again you likely have a hore buffing mod that gets overwritten when installing this, its an easy tweak in xedit to "fix" the incompatibility.

No worries, but again, i'm pretty sure you're using some mod that buffs horses, may be primitive breeds (which is listed in the incompatibilites), but i have no way of knowing, sinc ei never use any gameplay editing mods.
There may be more, but i'd limit your search to horse affecting mods, any mod that is related to horses gets loaded into X-edit, and compare the values of the affected horse. If somethign is marked red or yellow (rather than green) it means it was edited in that plugin, so you may want to carry over or correct that edited value to either normalize with vanilla, or keep the edited one into the later plugins.
Moreover, whenever you load plugins in xedit, it'll show you a list of green entries under the plugin name when loaded, those names are the edited records. this way it's very easy to spot conflicts, and figure out which mod changes what, rather than having to go ingame all the time testing things.
I may be misunderstanding, but is this mod supposed to change the way horses look? Because I only get the saddles to change. I installed with the mod manager, used LOOT, the only other horse mod I have is Convenient Horses, but I just get vanilla textured horses, but with the new saddles.
I have the problem that it shows me two manes, once the old and the one from the mod.... but I can not get it to fix this.... does anyone have the saving tip for me?
try installing only the main mod, and make ure it has priority over anythign else. so that ot can overwrite other mods that edit horses.
Test ingame, and only after you get it working as base mod, you install the CH patch.

Have a minor annoying issue with saddles n horse esp, .. Mod manager mo2 - Horse mods, immersive horses - craftable horse barding - this mod Horse overhaul I really like the new look of frost and saddles that replace the fur saddle , ... I already had just claimed frost with IM , and had him stabled at home mod, when I spotted this , and more so since it had IH patch, came out installed HO

Now here's where things get a little confusing and annoying, in the fomod if I choose the IH patch frost is still frost not white and sometimes bare not saddled but going thru a door, place his default saddle back, . I craft a fur saddle at the tanning rack, as I really like the new model, place it on frost, now in IH I have to crouch to open horse inventory, I see that I'm placing it, but as I stand up frost is unsaddled,
If I choose to re install thru mo2, and Dont choose IH patch, the mod's esp shows in plugins , and frost is the nice white color but his default saddle is still invisible , but he has it still equipped , if I craft one , I'll see being placed , standing up its invisible again If I use openactorcontainer 1 I can remove the fur saddle , give it back to him it shows the nice new model , but soon as I finish tabbing out , he's saddle less again! Will attempt something else... The disable immersive horses, I open the horse inventory take the saddle give it back , and it show along with the white coat , but then I'm not able to ride it, " ride frost" activator shows just that's all , and some point frost actually becomes invisible in my attempts.... Disabling this mod turn him invisible with his usual saddle and bridle only showing... Idk just have to restart, every save has him invisible...
I think the whole issue was IH , checking old posting on IH I had a similar invisible horse issue before , when I removed IH on an new game leaving only vanilla horse skins showed , have installed CH instead , ... sry for the long post !
Hello. I was not able to replicate the issue, it may be related to how you install and manage the plugins, so IH gets priority where it hsouldnt.
I have also been investigating why soe people don't get asaddles and i believe it may be related to scripts.
immersive horses never worked for me as base mod, so it's hard to try and understand why some people have grpahical issues on it. I tried them on base SE game, unmodded, and horses + saddles show up fine for me, so idk. someone suggested using different filepaths for the saddles models, which is what i'll try is time.

Hello again, I did try another fix, i was suggested by another user, and that was also recommended on a forum. One thing tho, it sems like IH is very picky with load order. Not sure if this will work, but if you wanna give it another shot...we'll see.
making a clean save will also help you load older saves. Loot can find additional conflicts in your load order.

Hello, the mod installs correctly, however when selecting default saddles it created a duplicate of itself in your data folder, because an empty path was not spelled correctly in the fomod path. you can manually remove them, or download 1.3.1
