Sorry I haven't responded. All the Dawnguard shouts are included in the original mod, but I've noticed that the shout "Soul Tear" did not work for me when I installed it normally. You may have that issue, specifically but I don't know for sure. Please refer to this pic of a comment from the original mod and see if it persists. Kudos to them.
All the shouts are simply the same audio file, the same ones used in the original KUNOICHI voice mod. The shout audio in this video at 0:17 is the one that replaces all of the shouts in the Dragonborn DLC, refer to this video to preview the shout audios. They're the same, but just added to the DLC shouts which were not present in the original mod.
