    Hello JPTR1, thanks for the awesome mod.
    I am stuck at the soulgem puzzle, near the end, after defeating a certain "dragon priest". I think it's somehow broken.
    The Owl soulgem holder is not returning any soulgem you put there, which must be a bug.
    I don't know what I am supposed to do. Why are some soulgems returned empty and others filled with a grand soul? How am I supposed to return the soulgems in order, when the Whale soulgem holder cannot be interacted with?
    I think this part is unnecessarily overcomplicated.
    I need concrete, precise instructions to progress because I don't know how to solve it even with console commands.

      Hi LordMarshall, thanks for the feedback!
      The mentioned part is indeed unecessarily complicated, also it was in the making. With so much triggers/scripts there is always a chance for a glitch sadly, what seems to be the case with the Owl soulgem holder then. Sorry for this. Possibly only a reload fixes this.

      The whole puzzle is not needed for the game progress (finishing the mod). I wanted to create a real puzzle with very little indications what to do, like it might be when you intervene another mage's process. You can't solve it perfectly because some souls have already been drained (empty soulgems/remaining dark corpses). Whale is broken, thats right, at all this is part of the story*
      What you can do, is to rescue 2 special Followers if you bring them back their souls before eliminating the fire. In this relation it's important to know that the Archmage's Note indicates how their souls has been removed. Not how the souls have to brought back. <->

      *As i think noone realy is taking notice of this.. The Dragonborn corpse was already in the whale coffin, but the ceiling collapsed to early before Sup.Whisker was able to drain the powers.
      So the Red Shield Alliance is using the portals to get you again, Sup.Whisker wants your powers. That's why you are here.

    I endorsed your mod, but I confess that I abandoned it very soon  after starting to play it. Too difficult for me...
    Milk-drinker ? Yess...
    I like mods that are very explicit, with definite targets: "go to X. Kill Y. retrieve Z from him",  possibly with a lot of arrows pointing to the target in case I'm too stupid to understand  which one is.
    And, in case, supplemented by an external textual waltktrough explaining me every move I've to do....

      I must add, to be honest, to be having a quite special mood.
      In ten days' time, it's possible that I have to undergo a very delicate laser surgery to my eyes.
      If I pass it, ok, if not, bye bye to Skyrim, my wife's face, my flowers, my birds, everything that I've loved in this life.
      I'll be completely blind.
      So, probably I should just look Mary Poppins and things alike, helping not to think

    Couldn't finish the mod, completely bugged, consistently crashes in certain areas. It was fun until all that mess started happening. I've cleaned my mods, tried force saving (because it will crash when trying to access a menu or open a chest) looks like I'm the only one this is happening to because I can't find a fix anywhere. Very unfortunate.

      Sorry to hear that. I can also only help with general tips.

      - The download file could be corrupt, a new download is required then.
      - Place the mod low in the load order.
      - For crashes inside the mansion sometimes a special companion mod could be responsable.
      - Never use console "tcl" to move through locked areas, this can also lead to glitches, but not crashes normaly.

    Not gonna lie, my modlist is already full. Nonetheless, I downloaded and endorsed because it's crazy to get a whole videogame reimagined into Skyrim as a mod. Merry Christmas!

      Simply remove the .esp and .bsa, run skyrim and create a New Savegame (NOT a new Game). Exit and load that savegame with Resaver, use clean option, to remove the Unatached Instances and the undefined elements,

      Now save a New Clean Savegame and install the new .esp and .bsa Remastered, activate the new .esp and enjoy

    The mansion layout for me seems to be different from all the YouTube videos.  When I went into the Plant Room, the item on the back wall was the Sun Medal, not the Armor Key as in other RE versions!  I have the maps for both floors, but all the keys are in areas behind locked doors, so I can't get to them.  Am I doing something wrong?

    Update:  I just found the Armor Key which has now led me to the Sword Key - so I have made some more progress.

    Update 2:  I ended up reverting to an earlier version of this mod (Final Edition) so that I could get some "small" hints from the various YouTube videos out there.  Finished the Final Edition version yesterday.

    Change my Mind:  After starting to play this new version, although some improvements have been made, the essence of being a challenger Mod completely disappears when the Cheating Mode appears (a Wall behind which are the solutions to the challenges in the easy way) without even has been requested!!!

    Suggestion: At least split a version for the Milk Drinkers that includes their Cheating Wall and leave another version without those abominations for normal players

      These rooms are planned as debug rooms, a comfortable solution to fix appearing errors. But they should be inaccessible without actively using "tcl".

      For you the wall was just open? At which point in your playthrough was that happening?

      However, I will remove that soon.

      No Cheat Walls Great ! ,   

      I noticed this cheat wall behind the main room stairs on the first floor as soon as I changed the horns, and I didn't need to use TCL, the wall was already open.

    Finished it today without any major problems, except me dying horribly from fall damage at the end due to my idiocy.
    Really well done. Loved the original and this is even better! Kudos & endorsed.
