      Sorry for eternally late reply. You should be able to upgrade this mod to SE by opening it in SE creation kit and saving it again.

    Good!  I had already told Joopvandie and he didn't want to listen,

    Do you know if it can be merged with Nyhus's esp without problem?

      Yeah it will work as long as its loaded after Nyhus.esp in the merge's load order. But I do not know if zMerge will be happy to let you do it with out also merging MHdunSky001.esp. If you do decide to merge them all together make sure the load order in the merge is 

      MHdunSky001.esp
      Nyhus.esp
      MHdunSky_Nyhus_Patch.esp

      From anecdotal experience zMerging stuff together is fine as long as you are not merging conflicts with out a resolution patch. But it can make your load order more cumbersome to manage as you will be keeping track of whats merged where. But its a fine trade off imo for an ultra modded game xD

      I dont want to merge MHdunSky001.esp into my "Joopvandie's Beyond Skyrim" merge, which is all his new lands mods plus their LAL patches. And because the LAL patches are in that merge I cant merge my patch into it without making the merge "non linear" so zMerge wont let me. But if you havent merged the LAL patch for Nyhus.esp into Nyhus.esp I do not think it will be "non linear" when you try merging MHdunSky_Nyhus_Patch.esp to Nyhus.esp.

      I get this weird access violation thing with MergePlugins. Very annoying. Thankfully zMerge works. I love it's UI. And its easy to keep track of what you have and haven merged. It's like the Mod Organizer of mergers xD. Merge plugins used to work on my old pc but I havent activated windows on my new pc and I guess its got some limitations.

      I use the mergeplugin with Test5Edit, because it is very easy and effective + than 400 .esp merged by categories, for your Mod, I integrated it in the Merge of Patches and It Worked Perfect, Good Job Friend
