   just a peeve, i noticed ya called it beer but mead is a form of wine, its just honey wine.

      I think its an attempt to make it hard to get the keys, bit annoying as hell if you dont hang out at the place or use the cellar often enough.

   I have mod manager but i cant seem to find the building. I have circled the lake a number of times and cant seem to find it, PLEASE HELP!!! Its stressed me so much.

   Another cool thing is like, if you get enough gold, you could buy out Honningbrew Meadery, or Black Briar Meadery West if your that far in the Thieves Guild questline.

   This mod is pure awesomeness, but one thing i think wold be cool in the future is if you could have inns and taverns sell the mead and you make part of the profit.
