Your weather mod looks very good! I really think that the complicated installation will turn most people away, though. I was eager to try it out, but considering how many mods I would have to piece together for a quick test I decided not to download it. You could ask for permission from the original authors and just upload one file that is ready to be used.
It IS a complicated and moody weather. But you're right. People want things that work out of the box. But I have gotten no response from some of the mod authors yet and I had to upload this at Jan 1st regardless of reception.
Perhaps I should make the installation instructions less wordy so it doesn't look complicated at a glance.
