      There is no reason why not; but you would have to load it into the SSE CK and press save to convert it.

      I have been playing SE some (since I got a new PC) and plan to update this and some of my other mods to that version. 
      But it's pretty easy to do if you want to give it a try. Just as agerweb said, load it into Creation Kit and save it.
