Oh that is very odd! Do you have enb version that supports particle lights installed? Have you tried the mod without other mods (aside from enb) installed? My only guesses would be that either your enb version doesn't support particle lights or has some setting or value enabled that makes it end up like that.
Yeah my enb binary supports particle lights, as you can see on the left side of the pic, soul gems are emitting lights. I'm using Rudy Enb, and the blue octagon seems to only appear indoors, and when the light fades ( so the light works very well, but when it dims, this is what happens) I'll try and see if this is a mod compatibility issue, but I'd like to figure out if it's an ini setting issue first! What are the values you are using for yourself in particle lights?
EDIT: Yeah, seems it doesn't play nice with Rudy! Could you perhaps make an alternate version where the light doesn't totally go out? Perhaps that would prevent that bug on certain enbs?
