Which file should an ordinary human download? I do not understand the high elve language like "Incompatible with mods that edit the Telekinesis? spell record (0001a4cc)" just tell me is it playable with mods like Odin, Mysticism, Apocalypsis etc...
Best version will probably be the Papyrus one. However, the only concern I have is that since this is a backport, that the Papyrus requirement of SE may not translate well to the LE Papyrus version if that makes sense, so some clarification and/or testing may be needed.
If this doesn’t work, then the option that edits the spell itself will work for sure since it affects the spell through a plugin. However, it may not be as compatible, as you may have a different mod that has its own plugin that affects the spell too, which would cause conflicts.
I don't see it either. Also, all of the description's links are to the SE version of the Papyrus Extender, but a LE version does exist: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/95017. I wonder if the LE Papyrus Extender works for this. I suppose it should, TheCinderfly just needs to upload it first.
