   Note: if you are using mod like more nasty creature or others you need to replace wisp.nif in skyrim installation folder with directory  \Data\Meshes\actors\wisp\character assets\

   It seems like they still have no hair, unlike these screenshots showed. Face textures work well as intended.

   Can it be made into an actual esp so it can overwrite other mods?

   It does look pretty cool. It has a more terrifying look, as a miniboss should. Yet it doesnt get rid of the key looks that made a wispmother a wispmother
