Just posting this quote (form original mod on SSE) if anyone faced issue of Unvoiced NPC dialogues not being spoken.

"Subtitles must be turned off in Skyrim settings in order to speak unvoiced NPC dialogue." [Mainly Dialogues Subtitles, General subtitles can be kept on]

Player lines and books are working fine but the NPCs lines from mods that don't have sound files doesn't work =(

      +1 to that, same issue.
Edit: Turn out you MUST disable Dialogue Subtitle for NPC voiceline to work. (General Subtitle can be kept on).
Don't know why but this solved the issue of NPC not talking for unvoiced lines.

Xvasynth menu does not appear in MCM no matter what I do. So sad that they abandoned that a cool mod.

I tried but not working. Probably because it requires latest plugin of the fuz ro bork. So, unless someone updates this version to latest version, we won't be able to use them together.

It would be great if someone that still has the very last Skyrim LE version of "Fuz Ro Bork" that was released back in 2015 would contact the author so he can republish it here. From what I understand the latest Skyrim LE version that was released in 2015 might be version v1.0h. Still the version published here currently, being version v1.0c, works just fine so having at least one working version on the nexus is better than having no working version at all!

    Thanks for (re)publishing your mod!

For me it is in the top 3 of must have mods for Skyrim, up there with mods like Frostfall and the like. It fully changes the Skyrim playing experience. Many, many Skyrim mods are text-dialogue only and do not have voice-dialogue files. Your mod changes all that by basically making all unvoiced NPC dialogue fully voiced, easily and effortlessly. That your mod also makes the Dragonborn/PC fully voiced and that it also reads books and letters out loud is icing on the cake.

Thanks to your mod the Dragonborn/PC is now no longer a mute, and no longer are the NPCs from other Skyrim mods mutes
    either thanks to your mod!
