Really cool mod, the only problem I have is that power attacks have no sound. Does anyone else have this issue? Not a deal breaker for me, though.
EDIT: Nevermind, fixed it. There was a typo in the annotations that caused the sound not to play. I'll contact the author to let them know about the issue.
Ya Judging By The GIF's This mod Looks Exquisite, But Like Hellodria Says You Need a Version For FNIS & Not That Convoluted Nemesis, The Majority of us Aren't Hackers or Programer's & Need Time for People to Make it Simpler to Install For us Normal People.
i Can't Even Come Close to Counting the Mods that Refuse to Work Because instead of packaging it up well they left it a scattered mess for you to sort into the proper folders yourself, let alone Giving Them dependency's that Most People don't Have Access to as of yet Due to their Lack of Hacking/Programing Skill's.
P.S. even if it Has a High Download Count That don't Mean its Working For everyone that got it, Another issue is that ALOT of People on This Site Won't Respond if You Message them, which doesn't exactly encourage feedback.
Nemesis has the same amount of work as FNIS does... Nemesis is better... And no, you do not need to be a programmer nor hacker, as I am neither. Use FNIS PCEA if you have an issue... and check the animations in game...
hate to burst your bubble bud. but Nemesis Engine is a big heaping mess of a "DEAD" mod for 3 years now. the mod itself has now been abandoned by the Author and uploaded it as it is. without even bothering to fixing any of the problems that a lot of people who used had posted since it was still on github. and if you check it on their Github page you'll see that's it is already tagged as "Archived".
and to make matter's worst the Supposed "Successor" for Nemesis Engine is Locked by a Freaking Paywall. and only people who are willing to fork their money can get it.
The only reason why it's so populare is due to Fnis is no longer getting updated and claiming it is better than fore is just pure Bias and acting Like it's the Greatest mod ever when in Truth it is Not.
when the Op just said the very problems that are very persistent on Nemesis are Real. when the mod author themselves chose to ignore and silence anyone who keeps asking them about the issue that they promised to fix but didn't. and them blaming the user for the animations to not work even though they had 100% followed when installing the mod. but still resulted in getting animations not working properly. which again a lot of people had been asking to be fixed but was completely ignored by the author.
So whats the problem? Rename animations and replace your vanilla files. You can use DAR for set direction. Yes, you won't have consecutive combos, but you can use separate animations.
