That bothers me since Oblivion as I always play female characters and I'm constantly denied the right to wear pants, and that header image reminds of the first time I found a Suave Gambler Hat in New Vegas only for it to turn into an ugly bird nest when I put it on.

Go ahead and have fun creating your own dream version ;) BTW, do you know how to use OS sculpting brushes to create your own sliders? It might serve you better than trying to apply CBBE sliders to a male mesh. Unrelated, regarding that texture files you mentioned earlier, I have no use for them, but you have my blessing if you want to publish a 'rainbow lingerie' mod.
