Living With the Blackbriars
Working on a little project. Sharing the current working results. If you use one of the many mods previously and currently available that allows you to marry one of the Blackbriars, this mod is aimed to create a more suitable environment for the use of those mods to play out. Right now, Ingun's basement bedroom has had a little of a makeover with a double bed to accomodate a spouse, and some additional crafting stations. There are children's beds in the basement, but these are only for future updates to hopefully establish a hearthfire adoptions compatible residence. Access obtainable to the Blackbriar Lodge
Optional path quests, ie,... Help build the Blackbriar Empire, or Rebuild the Blackbriars Reputation....options to imprison Mavin, Destroy the Thieves Guild, liberate Sibbi from jail, and many other ideas.
Caution
The entire Blackbriar Family are essential to various quests...
altering their original behaviour with mods could possibly break a quest you may be interested in. This mod is meant for entertaining options to the 1,000,000th time playing this wonderful game. I will do my best to build things in a way to be able to progress smoothly through the main Skyrim Questline without any discrepencies.
Also please note: The beds and other assets in the photos have had various textures replaced and are not a reflection of what this mod does. The beds came from a modder's resource. If anyone has any questions about what replacers I've used, please ask in the comments and I will try to dig through and see who to give credit to.

Free marriage at Skyrim Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
This mod has 2 optional downloads. I use both. One function is an SKSE plugin that eliminates the need to have
an Amulet of Mara to propose to an NPC and the requirements to speak with Maramol. You can get married straight off the chopping block.
The second part is an esp that alters the marriage questline so that you can skip the wedding altogether. I like this because then I can have a ceremony anywhere I want and it doesn't affect the marriage. The marriage is official upon completion of the proposal and of course, if they say "Why yes, why wouldn't I be? Are you, interested in me?"

Relationship Dialogue Overhaul - RDO at Skyrim Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
This mod allows you to alter each individual NPC through the use of the MCM menu for RDO
You can make an NPC a follower, marriable, and can even cheat their relationship rank with you if you so choose.
Or...
you can use console commands.
Any of these methods still requires the NPC to be using one of the vanilla voicetypes that is originally supported for marriage. A vanilla voicetype that supports a follower package for followers as well.
All three of the Blackbriar siblings use voicetypes that have supported dialogue for marriage. So any of these methods would work for all three of the Blackbriar siblings.

Added double beds for Hemming and Sibbi
Hemming's is set up as a spouse bed and tested marrying and living there as Hemming's spouse.
Sibbi's double bed is there, but I was not in a big hurry to make it functional as there are numerous other things that need modded for Sibbi to even work as he is currently stuck in the Riften jail.
