The main problem is that in Windows 10 x64 the driver for the Intel HD Graphic card is located in the SysWOW folder, and not in system32, and oldrym is trying to find it there. Run Compatibility Administrator and set the following parameters for TESV .exe and ENB - RedirectWidowsDirto System32 for C: \ Windows \ SysWOW64 \ video card driver in module C: \ Windows \ SYSTEM32 \ video card driver, SyncSystemAndSystem32 for video card driver and some other security and compatibility parameters (total there are about a hundred of them). Set the use of CustomNCRender for d3d9.dll from ENB. No editing of ini files with a resolution reduction other than the native one for this display will lead to nothing, except for problems with memory usage. If you want, I will send sdb with compatibility parameters and so on. Which does work.
