Original mod by Adohikai here . Please read the original page for more description. I would have asked for their permission, but they were last active in 2013...
Changes:-
-Correctly absorbs Magicka and Health instead of just damaging them.
-Unlimited charges
-Removed dirty edits
-Changed the Absorb Magicka magnitude from 120 to 200, for symmetry with Absorb Health.
You do not need the original version, this is standalone.
Added a more balanced version in files in which Absorb Health has been nerfed to 100 per second from 200. Absorb Magicka is still 200 per second (enemy mages have very high magicka regen)
Main version has 200 HP and Magicka drain per second
Safe to uninstall anytime.
TL;DR Staff of Magnus now absorbs 100/200 HP/s and 200 Magicka/s, no need to fully drain magicka to start damaging enemies.
