This Mod uses a different method than Cathedral-Water. This is an experimental port of the original and pictures are much appreciated :) July 2, 2022 To keep the effects of this mod working during foggy weathers, Revamped Exterior Fog should help by pushing back the fog.
Just so you know, if you install this and Realistic Needs and Diseases (remake or original) together then you won't be able to refill your waterskins or empty bottles from rivers or streams. You also won't be able to use the "drink from stream" ability.
I cannot get this to work no matter what I do :( I've placed it high on my load order to make sure it's before any water mods, and even tried installing it on 2 different mod managers (Nexus and Vortex).
This mod made my game look WAY better. Every time I approach the water, I say Thank you to both the author of this AMAZING mod and the person who ported it to LE! So smooth, so pretty!
That is strange, Blended Shorelines shouldn't cause any seaming issue, if anyone else has this problem with RW2 and Blended Shorelines, please report it to Bug fixes
Ahhh... new step. so change my weather mod again, to svwi. That i already tried ( posted a comment on it's page, was deleted, as i was very kind the author is not , i don't get when people are just erased, when they leave constructive things, even if it vexes, alter, don't know the word the author. Anyway. So Something vivid weather intended ( lol , the mod is cool , just the author seams to be in it's tower) , plus a enb i tried to make from scratch, no problem on the shores, i think it's the caustics. But still have that kind of vertical foggy walls that appears. So blended lines went "ashore" but still have troubles with fog, that makes kinds of vertical layers. you have an example in one of the screenshot i left ya, for teh "fog wall"
Since this mod only edits water(no cell edits ,landscape, weather)it will only effect water . A separate mod would need to be made to change fog distance (fnam)should help the water edges not reappear during foggy weather or with foggy weather mods.
Sorry for late reply, just made it to the see shore. Works as charm! The shorelines are blended so you never see the edge. Love it! What I did notice is this:
Spoiler:
Show
?
Do you have any ideas of what this might be? I have a ton of mods, so this could be anything. I wonder what is this gap? Is this a landscape issue? I've combed the area. Looks like the gap divides only two cells.
Re:) Apparently this never works with heavy fog.... Was pretty sure of it, made the test. The image speaks better than words. anyway still cool with "normal" weather
Yes i do, actually i'm still trying different ones, and trying to find a good enb. Was shot with purity and rudy enb modified. I also have volumetric fog, morning fog, and obsidian moutain fog. elfx also
As far as I'm concerned this mod deserves to be on top 5 immersion lists. The difference is utterly profound. I had grown to just perceive this classical visual defect as simply 'part and parcel' of the engine. How joyously happy I am to discover my wrongness & this mod!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm suspecting these are just vestiges of porting from SE. In other words, I don't think these are used in LE.

....Edit...
I'm in the process of making a fix to deal with the fog and water issue, just need a little bit more info.
