   this is actually a pretty good mod, I love the idea. I've always thought that it is a bit annoying when that ice storm killed me when I thought that my position is good enough to avoid it. but on the other hand, I've always liked its range when I used the spell myself.
   
   so my question is: would it be possible to nerf it only for NPCs while the player keeps the range of the spell?

   Hey this is pretty neat. It always felt like Ice Storm was a bit busted, I could never figure out why but it drove me crazy.
