Great mod for immersion. Just one suggestion. When you stand under the light next to the lever and look down the light disappears. Maybe you can position the light lower, so it wouldn’t disappear. Is this issue in the se version?
Im using Rudy ENB and Vivid weathers and at night light is barely visible, day works fine Mod placed almost bottom of my MO2 list and nothing overwrites it
The brightness is made to work with or without ENB. If with some ENB preset there are anomalies, then the only thing you can do is to adjust the preset. Weather mods are different story - in combination with ENB there can be many weird stuff. I abandoned using of any weather mods because of this. ENB weather system alone without weather mods is better. (Of course, there are ENB presets that are made to go with some weather mods, but that just makes any adjustments very difficult.)
Yeah, I had this a long time actually, but it worked only with ENB. Now I had some time to make it work without the ENB and also without esp plugin. It's not 100% perfect yet, but it works. I'll make an update some day. And the updating will be safe to do, because - no plugin.

You can try adjusting "BLOOM" amounts in ENB.
