Sounds interesting, it would be nice to avoid that loading screen every time you enter/exit the most-used house in the game!

However, wouldn't this mean that the infamous problems from running Whiterun would persist while inside of Breezehome? Or would it be even worse, since you're running the assets for Breezehome at the same time as Whiterun? Just a thought for those to consider who experience instability in Whiterun. I'm curious to see what you think.

Edit: How about followers and children? Does Lydia still use the house? What about the children's' room? I assume all of that is non-functional with your mod...

I did never notice instability in Whiterun, even when this mod is enabled. I do have an entry gaming pc. Lenovo Legion. A not that powerful machine, if you ask me.
Some years ago, I did only experience crashes when approaching some cities, but I had Open Cities installed and THAT mod was heavy for my pc.

This house is not compatible with NPCs in general, but that's one of the most interesting points of No Loading Screen Breezehome: I guess this is the first house mod where you can feel safe inside of the perimeter of your home. There are no navmeshes inside, also, when inside you can convert the main door to a static object.
Nobody and I said nobody will be able to enter inside. You can have an army of hostile guards behind you...you will be always safe from everyone...even couriers won't bother you. And if you wish to get out of Whiterun, you can do that thanks to the sewers beneath the house.

PS: you can still access to the original Breezehome interior cell, if you wish! There's a very tiny door on the grass near the main entrance. It's the old door.
And you can tell your follower to wait outside, near the entrance. Or you can send him inside of the original Breezehome cell.

I'm going to have to wait to try this later.
I'm too far in my playthrough to start again.
Which is what I'll have to do cause I already have the "Breezehome Fulling Upgradeable" mod currently.
But I'm very intrigued by this cool mod and will give it a try next playthrough.
Sounds like this will be fun!
    Thanks!

    This is BEAUTIFUL!
But I gotta ask my good man, how is the raining situation?

Will it rain inside the house?

No, it won't rain inside because I had to disable precipitations from Whiterun Worldspace. There's a rain simulator feature that allows rain, but it will only affect the house exterior (you can watch rain droplets falling from the sky). My rain simulator is something unique because it also adds fake clouds and an intense precipitation sound effect. It's not just about water, it's something more. You can check how the rain simulator works at minute 03:00 of the mod's video.

That sounds pretty awesome, however that wont conflict with other mods, will it?

It's not compatible with Open Cities, because Open Cities alters the Tamriel worldspace and the Whiterun Worldspace remains unused.
If you're using texture mods like Sexy Cities Whiterun, I guess Breezehome won't be affected by the retexture, because the exterior building uses an altered mesh without the collision and without some other house elements like the fake windows.
If you are using mods that add new objects in Whiterun (like a mod that adds trees), some objects might (or might not) clip with the new garden area I built in the backyard. In that case, you could just disable the clipping object with a console command.
I guess that my mod will be normally compatible with a random player's mod list.

      How about JK skyrim?

If you wish to keep your mods' weather inside of Whiterun, then my mod is not compatible with them. If you are going to accept the original Whiterun weather (without rain, of course), I guess the mods become compatible: you just have to change the priorities in the load order. I never had more than five mods installed at once, so, I'm not an expert about this...but if I remember correctly, the lower a mod is in your load order, the lower its priority will be.

Only if someone would pay me like a professional game developer LOL No, someone would have to REMAKE the game from scratch with a large team of experts. Exterior buildings would feature pretty small interiors. One would have to remake the interiors (small interior=completely different design and less furniture), remake the navmeshes from scratch, etc.
Also, there's the rain and snow problem. Then I'd rather say that the interior lighting system is way much better if compared to the lighting system of a no-loading-screen house.
My suggestion is to play open world games like Gothic. There's nothing to do with Skyrim's boring loading screens.

If you are curious about this thing, I'll tell you that there is a very small number of exterior buildings that naturally matches their interior counterpart: I'm talking about the orc longhouse and the small dwemer house (like the dead alchemist's house inside of Blackreach).
Lots of years ago, I also managed to create a completely exterior Rift farmhouse, but as I remember the interior didn't fit and it wasn't an easy task (mod name: House in the woodlands)

Uhm...what do you mean? Elianora's mod edits the vanilla Breezehome interior cell. My mod just alters the Whiterun Worldspace. If you wish to have a no-loading-screen version of Breezehome TNF, it's simply impossible: the exterior part of the house doesn't match the original interior dimensions (the interior is larger). In fact, it was a real hell to create my no-loading-screen Breezehome mod, because I had to scale walls and other things in Nifskope.
