I no longer intend to provide updates to any of my existing mods and focus some time on new projects. I will be keeping the bug reports tab available for reporting issues and offering solutions to anyone else that may encounter similar issues.
Here and there, you may find me replying to some comments but certainly not all.
You are free to create alternative versions of my mods, patches or translations so long as I and others included in the original mod's development are clearly credited for their work.
The Vortex Mod Manager gives me a weird error message, claiming that some of the files for this mod aren't for Skyrim, but are instead for an older game, I think Morrowind or perhaps Oblivion.
Yes, it gets rid of him as if he left because of the things he had done and being caught out. That leaves his house freed up for use by the new blacksmith.
It looks like the blacksmith in Morthal will clash with a blacksmith from Interesting NPCs. Edit: I really like what this mod does - replacing empty, unused spaces with something useful. I love it! I just don't want to have to decide between Interesting NPCs and this.
Hello DarkFox! I loved the sound of this mod , so I downloaded it , as I agree with the description of this, my mod manager is vortex, and that is the main thing of my post.. Vortex is throwing up a notice, the mod was intended for oblivion, while I dont have the game, >_< Seeing this a few times with different mod on different games.. I google why it's happening after sending vortex ppl a report, but their sub reply about truck loads of reports, they wont get back to me anytime soon, and when or if they do, they likely just tell me to contact the mod author o_O... Sooo.... I don't know much about vortex, but in clicking on the plugins tab in the small drop down menu you can choose ghost, when hovered over says Ghost "is plugin enabled in current profile" .. So that's what I've been doing, wanted to ask, do you know about this, or know its happening,? its not just your mods gopher n couple other mod authors mods I use get it to in vortex... I have been asking in vortex forums quite a few posts on it actually ....
Thanks for making me aware as I thought I had packed this specifically for Skyrim in BSAopt. Vortex is becoming a real pain surrounding legacy mods packed with BSAopt. When I get a chance, I'll check it over but I have no way of testing as I'm an MO user and experienced no issues during testing.
Thanks !... Edit - Got flamin fed up with vortex, ghosting the pluggin is not a solution, you wont see the mod in game doing that, so its fine DarkFox, reinstalling all my mods onto mo2 .. So there's no need to take time out to that now, shame, I think vortex couldve been better, but not when it causes this much annoyance... Thank you ..
It's not just Vortex.... Wrye Bash throws out the same error about the wrong/old BSAs, Oblivion. So when you make a bash patch your going to get the same error notification with Vortex and Wrye Bash. :)
But for anyone who is worried about it, I usually just ignored the notification in Vortex and Wrye Bash and continue on. Most likely wont hurt, just ignore if you wish.

The forge in Ivarstead has a bed outside the barrow where he's set up his forge.
Narfi also has a small shack constructed for him.
