Not so sure about Gelebor's back-story here. For MIraak though, it would be funny if he was stripped of his powers once the Dragonborn defeats him and is teleported to Whiterun by Hermaous Mora to run a market stall for the rest of his natural life. I could almost see that being lore-friendly.
So that's what Miraak had been planning all along and Hermaeus Mora wouldn't let him follow his dream of being a peaceful baker. Thanks for making this happen.
So basically we have an alternate ending where the DB convinced Mora to spare Miraak and he was so done dealing with everything he decides to settle down and just become a baker. lol
