You've got your heights off. In the screenshots, it shows some supposed to be much taller than another by measurements, but they stand together at the same height. Additionally, your measurements are quite off. Altmer are the tallest race, averaging around 7' tall, while orcs average around 6'8". Nords are around 6'4"ish, redguards around 6', give or take. Followed is Argonians, Dunmer, Imperials, Kaijit, then Bretons, followed by Bosmer. I may have Dunmer and Argonians switched, and the Kajiit/Imperials, but if you figure Bretons average 5'2" ish and Bosmers 4'10"-4'11", you can estimate the rest, or just pull up the height lists for the games. A number go off the heights from oblivion, which are more standard and align more closely with their lore descriptions. Now, seeing Borkul at 7' isn't that big a deal, because they comment 'he's big, even for an orc'.

Not entirely sure what you mean but these figures were calculated using information present in creationkit.com, and there's no mathematical issues with the measurements, feel free to check the description to see how it was done. Perhaps you're being fooled by the camera perspectives in the screenshots.

    Well this is stupid.
Synthesis (which nobody here on the LE version ever even heard of) requires .NET 5.0.0, but I have the newer 5.0.9.
It still won't run. It absolutely insists I use 5.0.0.
So what, I need to downgrade to get this damn patcher to run, for one single mod?
Screw that. I'm just not gonna use the mod, then, since the required patcher apparently doesn't even work correctly.

heads up this is incompatible with wet and cold. For some reason it disables adding gloves fur hoods and fur cloaks to people.

Out of interest, was this mod created in the LE Creation Kit, then ported to SSE?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't everyone abnormally tall? The average height must be like 6'2 or something. That or they are all from the Netherlands haha.

Nords men are on average around 6’1”, Imperials and Redguards are closer to 5’11” while Bretons are 5”10.

If you have a ton of NPC replacers, a thorough knowledge of conflict resolution in xEdit is going to be a given here.

The synthesis patcher should perform this process automatically, you can find it in the mod description.

When I installed the mod, some NPCs had gray faces (for example, Ria in Jorrvaskr). There may be a texture conflict if this mod affects character textures. This was the case in gait mods, where the authors for some reason used NPCs textures in their mods.

Use the synthesis patcher mate! I’ve explained in the mod description.
