This guide gave me at least 10-15+ FPS. While I couldn't enact all the options as some weren't available, those that I did proved to be well worth it. Thanks a ton!!!

This was very helpful. I have a pretty decent upper-mid tier PC for 2024 but I'm new to using ENBs and wanted to pinpoint the most FPS hungry stuff, this was very useful for learning just what actually matters in terms of processing power. Simply turning off Depth of Field improved my FPS from a stable 60 in most places to 60 in even the laggiest spots in my enb presets.

I hated that depth of field crap anyway, it made making my character presets so much more annoying.

dude im playing on intel celeron rn no gpu at all. very old  laptop. its lightly modded, well mostly just quest mod, a couple animations, combat and more npc and lots of optimization lmao. i got like 30-60fps outdoor, even 70s sometimes. and 80-100fps indoor lol. well i tried using enb bcs i got bored with bland graphics. but then i got so much stutter i delete em lmao.

if u guys bored of your bland graphic maybe u can try this instead. its not an enb so actually not affecting any performance. guaranteed. purely changing imagespaces colors. like, when youre editing photos and u want more saturated colors and less contrast. yeah like that. Contrasty

I dont get what im doing wrong, i shouldnt get the same FPS as you have because ive got an GTX 770 with 6GB Vram, 8GB DDR4 Ram and a ?AMD Ryzen 5 4500 6 Core Processor.
I tried so many Optimizations but nothing seems to work and i didnt find anyone with the same Issue, and im talking about Performance ENB´s here. I hope anyone here might be able to tell me what i´m doing wrong.

    You want my advice.
I can give few even if you play Skyrim LE or SE is same.
Lower the shadows or disable them at all huge fps increase.
Set textures to medium not low from ultra.
Set anistropic filteric to 2 or 0 in enb if use one alot fps increase.
Tweak AmbientOcclusion in enbseries.ini file like this:
Change "ResolutionScale" and "SourceTexturesScale" to 0.3 from 0.5 in the enbseries.ini file under [SSAO_SSIL]
Press shift+enter to open ENB GUI MENU and:
    Disable AmbientOcclusion in enbseries.ini
    Disable Skylightning in enbseries.ini
    Disable Detailed Shadows.
Disable Water-huge fps gain with water mods in water areas like rivers etc.
Disable Reflection-not really huge fps increase depend of each enb preset.
Disable Lens-Sometimes it doesn't impact fps so mutch
Disable SubSurfaceScattering-huge fps increase but your character skin will look like plastic from a horror movie.Same for AmbientOcclussion.
Disable DepthOfField-Huge fps increase unless you using a ultra performance DOF.
    Disable SoftParticles-abit fps increase
Disable ParticleLights-Probably more fps increase with lightning mods.
Disable Bloom-Alot fps increase but not worth it the game will look like shit.

Most intensive enb effects are SSAO aka AmbientOcclusion,Depth of Field,Skylighting,DetailedShadows,Water in EVERY ENB YOU USING,because those shadders cast shadow or are related to shadow.
Shadows are most impact on FPS and CPU hungry.

DON'T FORGET TO SAVE IN ENB GUI ALL CHANGES YOU MADE OR WILL REVERT BACK TO DEFAULT SETTINGS THEN APPLY THE SAVE YOU MADE INTO ENB AFTER TWEAKING.
EITHER SAVE ENB TWEAKS AND RELOAD GAME.

Grass mods and trees mods also impact on fps performance when used along with enb.
SMP and HDT affect cpu so heavy impact on fps.

Very helpful guide. Thank you very much. I use Rudy ENB and my fps increase from 25 to 40 with minimal graphics quality loss. I have a GTX 750 1GB.
