By far the best dragonscale retex I've seen, and I agree with the others that the grey iron variant is just perfect.

The gray & iron combination actually made the Dragonscale Armor "playable" for me. I just couldn't really stand the original look - it looked a bit goofy. This, however, is epic. Just epic.
I had to go on google to find some closer images - the actor is standing a bit too far from the camera, even in your Hi res pics on the photobucket account.
That being said, the "gray with iron" is by far the best retex for the DS armor I have seen. This is why:
The main color of the scales has been slightly blackened - I would almost call it charcoal rather than grey
The iron with its dull grey pops very nicely against the contrasting dark dragon scales
The bone accents on the shoulders actually look the color and texture of bone - a detail many of the retex packs I have seen seem to overlook.
Overall, a really great job. I don't have the official HD pack, but I hope you are still working on this pack and will have an update for those who are having trouble soon.
@BurntBiscuits, I've been using and loving this mod for months. Alas, imagine my dismay as Bethesday negated your re-coloring of body armour! As @TheTrueEn mentioned, all of your color options no longer work since the HighResTexturePack DLCs were released. The gauntlets, boots and helmet re-coloring are still there, but the main body of the dragonscale has reverted to its plain, washed-out bony brown texture. Still hoping you will update soon. Thanks!
